This villa is situated in a coconut grove set on 5,600 square meters block, a quiet fishermen's village of Canggu Beach, 20 minutes further north of famous fashionable shops, restaurants and nightlife in the area of Kuta, Legian and Seminyak.

It is only 40 minutes from Bali International airport, 15 minute to Tanah Lot Temple - Nirwana Bali Golf Course designed by Greg Norman (The Shark) - Le Meridien Resort. To the north just 45 minutes drive away is the cultural center of Ubud famous for its woodcarvings and assorted arts and crafts.

Two separate adjoining, self-contained villas with separate facilities. The unique design of these villas, it can be booked either as a 2 and 3 bedroom villa or they can be combined to make a 5-bedroom villa.

Each villa comes complete with private swimming pools, kitchens, and dining/lounge areas and of course their own private access via the car park.

There is a dividing wall between the villas that ensures that if the villa is booked to separate groups then each party remains undisturbed.

Total 5 bedrooms (all with air-conditioning, verandah, en-suite bathroom, 4 bedrooms with Queen size beds, one bedroom with two single beds). 7 bathrooms. Private access to the beach – 15 meters from the villa.

Ocean Front Villa, Villa I
Set on 3,500 square meters block of land.

3 bedrooms (All A/C, Queen size beds, en-suite bathrooms one with private Jacuzzi, verandahs, separate structures). Total 4 bathrooms.

TV and Stereo with CD in each bedroom.

2 living areas in main house (one downstairs, one upstairs floor with verandah - overlooking ocean view and rear property with huge 15 x 6.5 meters swimming pool).

Massage structure near swimming pool and large pool lounge area. Landscaped lush tropical gardens with lotus pond. Dining area. Fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, VCR, Stereo with CD/VCD.

Adjoining Rear Villa, Villa II
Set on 2,000 square meters block of land.

2 bedrooms (All A/C. One in separate structure with Queen size bed).

TV and Stereo with CD in each bedroom.

En-suite indoor/outdoor bathroom. Verandah overlooking river view.

Main house upstairs bedroom with two single beds and verandah overlooking garden and pool. Lap swimming pool (12.5 x 4 meters) and pool lounge area. Living area with adjoining outdoor patio. Dining area. Fully equipped kitchen and bar. Landscaped lush tropical gardens.

General:

Electronic Equipment includes a great stereo system with CD/VCD, Satellite TV. Safe deposit box available. One gyms facility. Telephone and facsimile service.

Household staffs include a manager who oversees the daily cleaning staff, cook, gardeners, pool boys and night-time security staff

Check In and Check Out Times:

Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day.
Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Minimum Stays:

Accommodation Rates above is net per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

21% Government Tax and Service Charge. Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car. Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa. Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks. Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay. Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by nearby restaurant order.

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill, shopping fee and other optional extras are at guest's account.
