This grand and delightful 3 bedrooms villa/1 study villa/ is a perfect place to relax and forget about your every day routine. It includes a large swimming pool that is surrounded by an amazing garden.

Our living room is specially designed to help you enjoy the sounds of nature.

The villa is built on 16 acres of land and can accommodate a cocktail party and wedding in our large garden.

Note:

Check In and Check Out:

• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day.
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

Accommodation Rates above is net per night per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
• Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement
• In-villa daily breakfast
• Free unlimited use of broadband WiFi Internet access from your own villa (hot spot area) – personal laptop with broadband enable is required
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by nearby restaurant order

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.

Cooking service for lunch is free of charge, cooking service for dinner is charge US$ 15 per cook, maximum 4 persons, (additional cook(s) for more than 4 persons).

Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
